Important: MRTZ operates as a one-way value system. You can purchase MRTZ through official channels ($9.99 = 100 MRTZ on web, $11.99 = 100 MRTZ on iOS/Android), but you CANNOT sell, cash out, or exchange MRTZ for real-world value. Money flows in, nothing flows out.

No. HeyCaddie is not a gambling app. Here's why:

One-way system: While MRTZ can be purchased, it CANNOT be cashed out or sold. Money goes in, nothing comes out.

No way to win money: You can only win more MRTZ, not cash. Gambling requires the chance to win money.

No transfers for money: You can't sell MRTZ to other users for cash.

The betting games (Skins, Nassau, Wolf) are the same friendly competitions you'd play with your card on a casual round. We just automate the scorekeeping and settle bets with fun tokens instead of awkward cash exchanges.

Think of it like Fantasy Football leagues that play for bragging rights and trophies - competitive, fun, but not gambling.

Skins: Lowest unique score on a hole wins the pot. Ties carry over to the next hole.

Nassau: Three separate bets - front 9, back 9, and overall 18. Classic format.

Wolf: Rotating wolf chooses partners after each player tees off. High risk, high reward.

Your round data is stored locally on your device and synced to secure cloud storage (Firebase). This enables offline play and cross-device access.

We collect minimal data: your rounds, scores, and MRTZ balance. We never sell your data to third parties. Voice recordings are processed locally and never stored.
